On our first trip to Paris we took the Metropolitain to Place de la Concorde, and as we stepped out of the station, we found pouring rain and an unsuccessful acrobatic attempt by our feeble umbrella to battle the gusty Parisian wind. This was the first week of October.
In my last trip to Paris, as I was walking towards Place de la Concorde, I could see the clouds rolling in and the gray sheet of rain connecting them to the Earth in the distance. I reach Concorde, and am greeted by cold shifty winds and freezing pouring rain, with an unsuccessful acrobatic attempt by a different feeble umbrella to battle the gusty Parisian wind. This was the first week of March.
In March, things never really warmed up enough, whereas October brought about a few spots of sunshine and fabulous weather to allow for a few photography strolls. Here are a few that I could take.
